s\u00ed<\/strong> y, por otro lado, la b\u00fasqueda de adulaci\u00f3n, del acrecentamiento de la propia fama, honor y reputaci\u00f3n.\u00a0 La consecuencia es la<strong> falta de gozo espiritual y paz interior.<\/strong><\/p><p>El presente curso propone la<strong> b\u00fasqueda de una imagen m\u00e1s profunda de nosotros mismos<\/strong>, para conocernos m\u00e1s y mejor y amarnos m\u00e1s radicalmente.<\/p><p>Se buscar\u00e1 resolver el problema de la <strong>falsa dicotom\u00eda entre un amor desinteresado u oblativo<\/strong> <strong>hacia el pr\u00f3jimo y el amor propio<\/strong>, descubriendo que la verdadera alternativa es: o me amo y amo o ni me amo ni amo.<\/p><p>La perspectiva se dar\u00e1 desde un punto de vista que integra principalmente la filosof\u00eda, en di\u00e1logo con la teolog\u00eda y la psicolog\u00eda, bajo la iluminaci\u00f3n del pensamiento de Santo Tom\u00e1s de Aquino. Este Santo Doctor, en su mirada sapiencial y sistem\u00e1tica, nos permite abordar de forma ordenada diversas perspectivas, matices y multitud de aplicaciones.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div sano y ordenado.<\/li><li>Lograr un mayor autoconocimiento, ganando claridad respecto de la propia persona, para promover una mejor imagen de s\u00ed mismo, que descubra en el coraz\u00f3n humano su luz, orden, valor y sentido.<\/li><li>Poder identificar en la propia vida los efectos que produce el ego\u00edsmo.<\/li><li>Obtener las herramientas b\u00e1sicas para ser amigo de uno mismo y, as\u00ed, crecer en los v\u00ednculos familiares, laborales y sociales.<\/li><li>Entender c\u00f3mo el amor propio est\u00e1 incluido y plenificado en el amor de caridad a
